A follow up to The High Park Condominiums in the High Park neighbourhood of western Toronto, Picnic Condos is a 10-storey mixed-use project featuring 62 residential suites with 3 levels of underground parking, rooftop pool, and indoor/outdoor amenities. Exterior cladding consists of a combination of brick, oko-skin and metal panels. Construction was completed in Spring 2019.
