Up the street from 1414 Bayview, resides another Gairloch Developments condominium project, Leaside Common. On the project site Sixteen Degree Studio envisioned the transformation of two existing semi-detached dwellings merged into one cohesive building hosting an extensive sales centre program, including two model kitchens and a double-storey atrium. Accel was able to execute the great technical restructuring challenges involved in bringing the design to light while adapting to various constraining site conditions.
