Accel constructed a new 2-storey mixed-use office/residential building, which was designed to mimic a heritage building to match the surrounding urban character of the Historic District of old Thornhill. Project was undertaken adjacent to an operating business, and care was taken throughout construction for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic, working with limited sensitive space. This project is the 2013 City of Vaughan Heritage Preservation Award Winner.
