A luxury residential townhouse condominium by Richard Wengle Architect Inc. and Michael London Design in Toronto’s Summerhill neighbourhood, the 4-storey building is designed with modern classic styling and features a combination of brick, stone and metal exterior finishes. Continuing the tradition of bringing North Drive’s bespoke projects to life, construction on the 36 Birch residences begun in 2020, with completion achieved in 2023.
