Restoration of a 19th Century heritage home and conversion to a medical clinic included a wood framed addition cladded in salvaged brick to match the appearance of the existing 100+ year-old building. Accel worked with local heritage architect Philip Carter to ensure strict adherence the heritage design guidelines of the Old Thornhill Historic District, and updated the building to current building code and energy efficiency standards. The project included extensive site works and landscaping for improved accessibility and beautification of the aged exterior.
