Built for the 1414 Bayview development, an existing midcentury dwelling was transformed into a modern and bright model suite. While the interior was completely remodelled and restructured for a striking open concept experience envisioned by Sixteen Degree Studio, the original building built form was preserved. The result is a sales office that offers clients a peek at life in the distinctive condo project by Gairloch Developments, while illuminating the streetscape with its highly refreshed presence.
