10 Prince Arthur is another premier luxury residential project by the award-winning developer North Drive Investments and Icke Brochu Architects Inc., with conceptual design by Richard Wengle Architect Inc. This collaborative venture located in Toronto's Yorkville neighbourhood will feature 27 refined large format suites including a full-floor penthouse suite. Exterior cladding features a combination of limestone, Eramosa stone, and brick. An existing heritage building on site dating from the beginnings of Yorkville village will be incorporated into the project.
