The epitome of luxury in a premier neighbourhood, One Forest Hill is a fully-customized residential condominium project consisting of 40 luxury suites. The 12-storey building in midtown Toronto is clad in a combination of architectural precast, natural limestone and granite. The building’s interiors, designed by the renowned Canadian firm Gluckstein Design, consist of carved natural stones, custom millwork and hardwood flooring. Accel led the construction effort of this esteemed project by North Drive, advising on implementing its complex raft foundation system and coordinating the customization of each and every suite. Construction commenced in Fall 2018 and was completed in 2021.
